The suites were built with soft-close cabinets and drawers in the kitchens and baths, quartz countertops throughout, upgraded plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, easy to maintain and durable flooring throughout along with upgraded stainless steel kitchen appliances. An energy efficient heat pump system was chosen for heating and cooling.
Amenities included The Library, The Games & Amenity Room and The Fitness Facility.
The project was phased after construction started at the decision of the developer, which required some creative after-the-thought scheduling for the team.
The project was also converted to condominium status mid-stream, requiring the contractor to create and provide an integral deficiency and warrantee tracking system that met both the developer and industry requirements.

Advances in materials has pioneered the use of cultured stone materials for exterior veneers, and the use of a "long board" composite exterior wall system was also unique. The flat roof utilized a two ply SBS membrane roofing system.
During the design stage, Shanghai Construction provided Design Assist Services to make the mixed use building more functional, and subsequently during working drawings provided Value Engineering Services to ensure the budget could be met.
