Project Overview
The Lux Condominium is a high-end mixed-use project with luxury features and a higher quality mechanical, electrical and structural backbone.
Construction of approximately 121,510 square feet of non-combustible area, providing a total of 97 one- and two-bedroom condominium housing units, and 6 commercial condominium units, including a daycare.
With 15 luxurious open-concept suite styles to choose from (ranging from 800 to 1700 sqft), the project provided countless options, with stunning and sophisticated finishes. The project combined units, numerous upgrades, and individual suite modifications that challenged construction.
